TICKET PURCHASE TERMS — Tiny Tunes Space

1. General Provisions

1.1. By purchasing a ticket to a Tiny Tunes Space event, you agree to these terms.

1.2. Seats are limited; events are held in a small, intimate format.

1.3. Each ticket is valid only for the specific date, time and venue indicated.

2.1. A ticket is confirmed after payment is received.

2.2. An electronic confirmation is sent after payment.

2.3. The buyer is responsible for providing accurate contact details.

3.1. Ticket refunds are not provided.

3.2. No-show

— in case of no-show, the payment is non-refundable.

4.1. If the date, time or venue of the event changes, the organiser will notify participants.

4.2. If an event is cancelled by the organiser, the buyer may choose a refund or a transfer to another date.

5.1. Children may attend only with an accompanying adult.

5.2. Please arrive 15 minutes before the start of the event.

5.3. The organiser reserves the right to refuse entry to individuals under the influence of alcohol or behaving disruptively, without refund.

5.4. Visitors are expected to respect the venue, performers and other guests.

6.1. Photo and video recording may take place during the event.

6.2. Materials may be used for communication and promotion on Tiny Tunes Space social media and other platforms.

6.3. Event photos will be provided to participants for personal use.

6.4. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to the stated processing and use of images and video.
