Frequently asked questions

Quick answers before your first concert.

What age are the concerts suitable for?

Each programme has its own recommended age range. Most concerts are designed for children from about 1 to 4 years old, but please check the selected event card before booking.

Does my child need to sit throughout?

No. Children may change position, move and respond to the music. We ask adults to stay close and help keep the experience comfortable for everyone.

Does my child need any previous experience of classical music?

No special preparation is needed. Choose an age-appropriate programme and arrive a little early so your child can settle into the space.

What should we wear?

It is your little celebration, so dress however feels special and comfortable for your family. Please bring a spare pair of socks.

Can I give a concert as a gift?

Yes. Choose a gift certificate, set the amount and add a greeting. We will send it immediately or on the day you choose.
